I am a proud mother of three young children and I was introduced to CrossFit in April of 2009. At the time I was overweight and out of shape and was looking for a way to make positive healthy changes in my life so that I could be a more active mother for my kids.  As I continued to do CrossFit, I realized that I had a true passion for this type of work. I love helping others to try and reach their goals no matter what they might be.  After getting CrossFit certified in June 2010, I began to shadow other coaches and eventually started to coach on my own and I have been coaching ever since.

"There is no easy way to make permanent changes, you have to be willing to do the work. You also have to commit yourself to your goals and keep your mind strong, if you do that, the rest is easy."
